Once all the details are confirmed, we will provide you with a quotation based on your selected configuration and intended purchase quantity. The quotation can be offered on an EXW, FOB, or CIF basis.

We will provide you with samples of different hardware and leather options, along with a price list for each material, so that you can easily choose the fabrics and hardware that best suit your preferences.

Submit Your Design Requirements

You can simply send us the picture and size of the bag style you want. Our professional designers will create a detailed design sketch based on your picture and send it to you for confirmation.
If you don’t have a reference picture, we will ask you a series of professional questions to better understand and confirm the exact bag style you want.

All goods will undergo strict inspections during production and before shipment to ensure that the quality is exactly the same as the pre-production sample and that all packaging and other details strictly follow the customer’s requirements. The quality inspection process will be documented with both videos and written records, which will be shared with the customer in real time.

If you are satisfied with the sample, we will begin mass production. During the production process, our sales team will regularly visit the workshop to take photos and videos, keeping you updated on the progress so you are always well informed.

Approve Prototype Sample

Once the quotation is confirmed, we will usually produce a pre-production sample within three working days for your approval. If you are satisfied with the sample, we will proceed with mass production. If there are any aspects you are not satisfied with, we will remake the sample based on your feedback until you are fully satisfied.
